Directions for Use

Shake well before use. Hold the bottle upright and spray a small amount of foam onto your hand. Apply to the affected areas 2 times a day. The foam absorbs quickly without the need for intense massaging. Continuous use is recommended for at least 3–4 weeks or until symptoms subside.
