    Usage Instructions
    Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes before measurement.
    Remove tight clothing on upper arm and wrap cuff 2 cm above the elbow with artery-mark over the inner-arm artery.
    Choose user profile (if device supports multi-user) and press Start. Remain still and silent during measurement.
    After measurement, read systolic, diastolic and pulse values. If AFIB or irregular heartbeat is indicated, consult your healthcare provider.
    Store results or transfer data (if applicable) for follow-up.
