Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Health Boutique. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email.


Domestic Shipping (Jordan)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within Jordan:

  • Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days
  • Express Delivery: Same Days Delivery (where available)

International Shipping

We ship to select countries in the Gulf region and internationally. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier capacity, or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, where applicable, will be reflected at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you are unsure about the import regulations or applicable duties in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order.


International Orders – Important Notice

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Customs & Import Regulations All international shipments are subject to the customs laws and import regulations of the destination country. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that the ordered products are legally permitted for import into their country prior to placing an order. The Health Boutique is not responsible for any shipment that is seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local import restrictions or regulations.

Customer Responsibility to Follow Up Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, it is the customer's responsibility to monitor their shipment and respond promptly to any notifications from the shipping carrier or customs authority. This includes providing required documentation, paying applicable duties, or arranging delivery. The Health Boutique is not liable for shipments that are returned, abandoned, or destroyed due to the customer's failure to respond to carrier or customs requests within the required timeframe.

Non-Refundable Scenarios In the event that a shipment is seized or confiscated by customs authorities, or is destroyed due to the customer's failure to comply with carrier or customs requirements, no refund will be issued for the product or shipping costs. We strongly recommend that customers verify local import regulations before placing an order.


Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to collect from a carrier facility within the required timeframe

The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs. Refunds in such cases will be issued for the product value only, excluding original and return shipping costs in additon to any extra fees we paid to customs.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your contact email] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building reception
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. Reach out to us at Support@healthboutiquejo.com if the issue remains unresolved

We are not responsible for shipments marked as delivered by the carrier.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. The Health Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has been dispatched cannot be guaranteed.
